Circle-Wise is a collective of compassionate changemakers, reimagining the parameters of a unified, healthy child welfare system.
We partner with trailblazers including administrators, social workers, families, communities, visionaries, and other consultants, all intent on creating change through co-orchestration.
We joyfully collaborate with child welfare organizations to help them clearly see and bravely act on the opportunities for evolution in their internal systems and communities.

I’m writing to you today to share some exciting news, and some equally exciting plans for the future.

​I have been thinking a lot about what is needed—so much is uncertain, and the work ahead feels immense. How do we discern what is ours to do? And once we see it clearly, do we have the courage to answer the call?

Celebrating Client Transformation
We are so very excited to share with you this collaboration with the Oregon Department of Human Services, Child Welfare. Through mindful facilitation and the dedicated work of the entire ODHS team, we have been joyful witnesses to incredible progress. This gives all of us hope for the transformation of the child welfare system--and inspiration for other organizations to follow suit in this important work.
